		Exhibitor Enhancement Programs BOOTH BINGO PROGRAM Exhibitors can sign up on the Exhibitor Application to participate in the popular Booth Bingo program. Participating attendees are required to get initials on a floor plan bingo card of all exhibitors on a card we will supply at registration. Participants are eligible to win valuable prizes when they complete their cards. In the past we have given away Big screen TV’s, power tools, BBQ’s, lawn mowers, Palm Pilots and more. There is no cost to participate. If you would like to sponsor the Booth Bingo Program is cost is $500 and you will be recognized on the Booth Bingo form and in the AFEC Program as the sponsor. CUSTOMER APPRECIATION AFEC will arrange with the in-house caterer to have lunch passes available for sale to our exhibitors. You will receive an announcement after you have signed up for AFEC regarding the cost per ticket, which last year was only $10.00 for a terrific meal. HOSPITALITY SUITES AFEC is pleased to make available private rooms to our exhibitors to be used as Hospitality Suites. The rooms are located just off the exhibit floor and are large enough (48’ x 20’) to do specialized seminars, entertainment and/or products displays and demonstrations.
